  2. Now take maida add Ajwain, salt, hot oil mix well add water little by little to make medium soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes, now make small balls and make round big Puri, cut rectangle shapes from the Puri, place stuffing over it, fold the side, stick the ends neatly to make roll..

  4. Heat oil on medium flame put the wraps in hot oil, deep fry on medium flame and then on slow flame, from both the sides neatly.
  5. Serve hot with sauce..
